			For the Crust:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, then drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing into squares.
