For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake wings for 25-30 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Assemble wraps by placing shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onions on each tortilla.
- Add 2-3 chicken wings per wrap and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Serve immediately.
