- 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined and fluffy.
- Gently stir in the cherry pie filling, mini marshmallows, and optional coconut and pecans.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy by the spoonful, as a dip, or as a dessert topping.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute cream cheese and Cool Whip with dairy-free alternatives. This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Add extra marshmallows or coconut for a sweeter, fluffier texture.
