- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla extract, and whole milk. Beat with an electric mixer or whisk until just combined and smooth.
- Carefully fold in the thawed whipped topping gently with a spatula to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and cherry pie filling gently until evenly mixed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld and the fluff to set.
Notes
1. For best texture, do not overmix after adding whipped topping to maintain lightness.
2. Mini marshmallows add a nice texture contrast; feel free to adjust quantity.
3. Use full-fat cream cheese for a richer flavor, but reduced-fat can be substituted.
