Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

A hearty one-pan dish featuring tender potatoes, smoky sausage, and melted cheese with a zesty ranch flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, add sliced sausage to the pan, and stir to combine. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top and bake for 3-5 more minutes until melted. Garnish with parsley if desired.
