For the Crust:
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add sliced sausage to the baking sheet, and stir to combine. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and bake for 3-5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
