Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken by combining diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a spoonful of creamy garlic sauce on each one.
- Add the cooked chicken to each tortilla and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling and serve warm.
Notes
Make your own creamy garlic sauce by mixing mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt for extra flavor. Leftover grilled or roasted chicken works well in this recipe to save time. For added texture, add fresh lettuce, sliced bell peppers, or crispy bacon.
