Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a spoonful of creamy garlic sauce on each one. Add the cooked chicken to each tortilla and top with a generous handful of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
- Optional: Pan-fry the wraps in a bit of oil until golden and crispy (3–4 minutes per side), placing a lid on to help heat through.
- Slice in half and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use leftover grilled or roasted chicken to save time. Add fresh lettuce, sliced bell peppers, or crispy bacon for extra crunch. For a homemade garlic sauce, mix mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
