Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Tender chicken seasoned with garlic and herbs, wrapped in tortillas with melted cheese for a quick and satisfying meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Sour cream or ranch for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season chicken strips with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
  5. Divide cooked chicken evenly among tortillas, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until tortillas are crisp and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately with sour cream or ranch if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
