For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Sour cream or ranch for serving (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken strips with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds to make them pliable.
- Divide cooked chicken evenly among tortillas, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and sprinkle with parsley.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until tortillas are crisp and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with sour cream or ranch if desired.
