For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture onto one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the tortillas, then add the cooked chicken strips.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps and place them seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
