Cheesy Garlic Cajun Chicken Pasta

A creamy, spicy pasta dish with tender Cajun-spiced chicken, garlic, and a rich cheese sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken cubes with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
