Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing beef mixture on tortillas, topping with cheese, cilantro, and diced onion.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
