- 8 small corn tortillas

- Diced white onion
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing beef mixture on tortillas, topping with cheese, cilantro, and diced onion.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
