Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Delicious no-bake bars with a crunchy base, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate topping.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (14 oz) bag caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and pecans in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9×9 inch pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt caramels with heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour over crust.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread over caramel layer.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes
