For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spoon over cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
