Butternut Squash Casserole

This butternut squash casserole has all the flavors of fall with apples, sweet sausage, caramelized fennel and onions, plus Gruyere cheese!

    This casserole is done when the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving for easier slicing. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven.
