For the Crust:
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfinger and cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place back on the tray.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.
