Butterfinger Fudge

A simple and easy Butterfinger fudge recipe that tastes just like your favorite candy bar, made with candy corn, peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and white chocolate chips.

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 16 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Candy Corn
  • 1 cup (268g) peanut butter
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (340g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (170g) milk chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. (Use an 8×8 or 9×9 pan.)
  2. Add Candy Corn and peanut butter to a medium saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring every 30 seconds for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, stir, and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds (do not boil, slight simmer is okay).
  4. Add white chocolate chips and stir until everything melts together.
  5. Spread evenly in pan. Cool on counter about 15 minutes, then chill until hardened. Cut into squares.
  6. Optional: Melt milk chocolate chips with a little vegetable oil and dip the bottoms of fudge squares in the chocolate. Set on wax paper to harden.

Notes

This fudge is softer and chewier than traditional fudge but tastes like a Butterfinger. To make melting easier, chop the candy corn finely or use a food processor.
