			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press 1 tbsp into each liner to form crusts.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, lime juice, and zest.
- Pour filling over crusts, filling each liner 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then top with fresh blueberries and a drizzle of warmed blueberry jam.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
