Blueberry Cheesecake Heaven Rolls

Delicate pastry rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberry compote, baked to perfection and drizzled with glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, toss blueberries with lemon juice.
  3. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly, then sprinkle blueberries over top. Roll tightly from the long side, then slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  4. Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled rolls before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
