For the Crust:
- 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, toss blueberries with lemon juice.
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly, then sprinkle blueberries over top. Roll tightly from the long side, then slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Whisk powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over cooled rolls before serving.
