For the Crust:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle blueberries over one tortilla, then place the other tortilla on top, cream cheese side down.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Slice into wedges and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
