Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish.
- Add paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
