			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups blackberry jam
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Spread blackberry jam evenly over the baked crust.
- In a small bowl, mix chopped pistachios, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle over the jam layer.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until the topping is lightly toasted. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
