For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Return chicken to the pan. Stir in chicken broth and cornstarch mixture. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot over rice.
