Black Forest Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and coated in dark chocolate.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, drained
  • 12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×9 pan. Let cool completely, then crumble into fine pieces.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in milk and vanilla, then gradually add flour until cookie dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped cherries. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Flatten each dough ball and wrap around a small chunk of crumbled brownie, sealing completely.
  5. Melt chocolate wafers with coconut oil. Dip each bomb using a fork, letting excess drip off.
  6. Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
