Biscoff Cake – Simple Dessert for All Occasions

A delicious and easy-to-make Biscoff cake with layers of spiced cookie flavor and creamy frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and Biscoff spread until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool completely before frosting with additional Biscoff spread and sprinkling crushed cookies on top.
