			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix Biscoff cookie butter, sugars, oil, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting with additional Biscoff buttercream and crushed cookies.
