For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture over the dough, then drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and sesame seeds before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
