Big Mac Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that captures all the flavors of a classic Big Mac in one dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked beef mixture over the dough, then drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
