- 2/3 cup eggnog
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggnog, egg, and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
- For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, eggnog, and nutmeg until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
