Beef & Parmesan Tortellini in Creamy Sauce

A rich and comforting dish featuring tender beef and cheese-filled tortellini in a creamy Parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  2. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
