Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 34 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch pan to form crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over cream cheese mixture, then spread drained pineapple over bananas.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping, then drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with nuts and strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with cherries when ready to serve.
