Banana Split Cake

A delicious no-bake dessert that layers graham cracker crust, cream cheese filling, fresh bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and chocolate, topped with whipped cream and nuts.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 34 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Additional whipped cream for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over cream cheese mixture, followed by strawberries and drained pineapple.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup over fruit layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  5. Spread additional whipped cream over top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
