For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Additional whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over cream cheese mixture, followed by strawberries and drained pineapple.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over fruit layer and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Spread additional whipped cream over top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
