Banana Pudding Chocolate Puffs

Delicate chocolate puff pastries filled with creamy banana pudding, a perfect blend of textures and flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup banana pudding (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 equal squares.
  2. Place a spoonful of banana pudding and a few banana slices in the center of each square. Fold the corners to the center to form puffs.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with melted chocolate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
