For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup banana pudding (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of banana pudding and a few banana slices in the center of each square. Fold the corners to the center to form puffs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle with melted chocolate and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
