Banana Caramel Nut Cheesecake

A creamy and decadent cheesecake with layers of banana, caramel, and crunchy nuts.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and mashed bananas.
  4. Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust. Drizzle with half the caramel sauce and sprinkle with half the nuts. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
