			For the Crust:
- 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle blue cheese and walnuts over each pear half. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle black pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender and cheese is slightly melted.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or dessert.
