Baked Pears and Cheese with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 2 pears, cut in half
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut pears in half and dice up mozzarella into ½ inch cubes.
  3. Place pears and mozzarella in a heavy cast iron skillet and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blueberries and rosemary.
  5. Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use a heavy cast iron skillet for even baking. Fresh rosemary adds a unique aromatic flavor. Serve warm for best taste.
