- 2 pears, cut in half
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut pears in half and dice up mozzarella into ½ inch cubes.
- Place pears and mozzarella in a heavy cast iron skillet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blueberries and rosemary.
- Place back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use a heavy cast iron skillet for even baking. Fresh rosemary adds a unique aromatic flavor. Serve warm for best taste.
