For the Crust:
- 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cod fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and rub minced garlic over the fillets.
- Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
