Baked Five-Cheese Bacon Dip

This irresistible dip is loaded with bacon and baked up in a delicious blend of cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 12 Ounces Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • 8 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 3 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 4 Ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
  • 4 Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • 12 Ounces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Prepare crostini by flattening each slice of bread, cutting out shapes, and baking until crispy.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and hot sauce in a bowl. Mix until combined.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, green onions, and bacon. Reserve some bacon and onions for garnish.
  5. Spoon dip into a 9×9 inch baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

This dip is perfect for parties and can be served with crostini or crackers. For an extra kick, add more hot sauce to taste.
