For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups diced apples
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
