  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Add pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until combined and pour into pan.
  3. For crumble: mix brown sugar and flour. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly.
  5. Whisk powdered sugar and milk for glaze; drizzle over warm cake.
