- 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Fuji)
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Dice apples into cubes. Cut biscuit dough into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss apples and dough with granulated sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, and add pecans if using.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until biscuits are puffed, golden, and slightly caramelized.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
