Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles

Crispy, tangy pickles stuffed with a creamy cheese filling and air-fried to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 8 large dill pickles, halved lengthwise and hollowed out
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Spoon the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pickle halves, pressing gently to fill evenly.
  3. Set up a breading station: place flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  4. Dredge each stuffed pickle in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place stuffed pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
