For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and olive oil together.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
