For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and olive oil together.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
