For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 4 sandwich buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Toast the sandwich buns lightly on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl to create a spread.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading the mayo-mustard mixture on the buns, then adding lettuce, tomato, and grilled chicken.
