30-Minute Grilled Chicken Sandwich

A quick and delicious grilled chicken sandwich with fresh toppings, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and rub with olive oil.
  3. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then season both sides of the chicken.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
  5. Toast buns lightly on the grill for 1 minute.
  6. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, then spread on the buns.
  7. Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and grilled chicken.
