For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and rub with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then season both sides of the chicken.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
- Toast buns lightly on the grill for 1 minute.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard, then spread on the buns.
- Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and grilled chicken.
